We have contracts with Aetna, Blue Cross of Idaho, Cigna, Humana, Mountain Health Co-op, Pacific Source, St. Luke's, Select Health, St. Alphonsus, and Medicare.
We have the primary contract in effect with United Healthcare. You may get a letter stating we are out of network with United. This will be a short period until our final contract is completed. If you are an existing patient please call as we will accomodate you if United is your insurance between now and when our contract is in full effect.
We have a first stage agreement in effect with Regence.
If you have any questions about our insurance status with your carrier please just ask as that is the best way to verify we are contracted with your insurance.
We DO NOT ACCEPT MEDICAID, TRICARE as a primary, OR MOLINA. We are very sad to not be able to accept TRICARE and thank all who served for their service.
We DO NOT have a practice of prescribing chronic opiates or opioids, and make every effort to use non-controlled substance medication options first.
